So, it’s not surprising that our team enjoys a combination of Paid Time Off, Holidays, Wellness Days, and we close the office for a Winter Break between December 24th and the New Year (with only critical work occurring based on business needs during that time). Our new parents have a minimum of 12 weeks of Paid Leave + Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage.
